It's a terrible hotel, just the price is 3000rubles per night.
The rooms are smoky, the towels have dirty hair, the rooms are already battered. There is a construction site around .

The stars in this hotel are blown up!!! The beds are small, dirty everywhere (someone else's hair is in clean towels), smoky, the sewer does not work, the view from the window is nowhere, there is not even a shoe spoon!!! she needs to be begged like other benefits that should be in a room with such stars!!!! And all this for 300€ per day awaits you at this hotel!!!

A normal chain hotel. But the stars there are "Turkish", keep in mind :) It was in September 2019, there was renovation and construction around the hotel, and something was also cosmetically repaired inside. From the terrace of the upper floor there is a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. There's a restaurant there.
