I visited this store the other day and I would like to immediately note that at the entrance it is unclear where all the people are😃 Going a little further, you can see a girl who is quite friendly, but as it turned out, she cannot advise about the presence of LED bulbs, she said to wait for the manager.
After waiting for the manager, I asked about the light bulbs, he (not very kindly) showed them to me, and then, silently went to his computer desk, putting the light bulbs on the table of that girl.
What's next? Who should I approach? Where to pay? Nothing is said. After 40 seconds, the girl still offered to pay with a qr code)) And she said about the receipt only when I was about to leave:)
Summarizing, we can wish this store to have some kind of conversation about the communication skills of employees. And yet, somehow equip the space for payment, otherwise it is not very convenient to have a dialogue with people sitting at the monitors😁
