Russians are not allowed to open current accounts and deposits, they are sent to other banks. When receiving a transfer in rubles, there are constantly no rubles in the cash register, so they offer to receive a transfer in tenge at the bank's exchange rate, and the rate is often lower than in other banks and private exchange offices. There is a constant noise in the customer service room, employees shout at each other all the time, sometimes someone who is sitting behind a plastic partition shouts "put a sanction". In general, it's like at a bazaar....
