There are 21 floors here, our office is somewhere in the middle, the view is gorgeous, the 5th floor is being built nearby, as soon as it is completed, I hope it will get better with parking and logistics
There are also 3 places in this building where you can buy food, on P2 and 2 on the 2nd floor, which is also the first.)

Can you imagine an office without guaranteed "clean electricity supply"? It's like this here!
Internet connection (at least until recently) is available only through Basic Telecom with a price 2 times higher than the market.
The elevators are terrible - sometimes you can expect an elevator for 15-20 minutes.
Parking for visitors and customers is a separate pain. An underground huge half-empty parking lot with a single exit is generally a separate topic. If you need to leave the parking lot during rush hour, you can leave (just get on the road) up to 1 hour.
