We arrived at night, about 4 a.m. The receptionist was sleeping, with a dissatisfied ***** served. The room seems to be fine, but the blankets are single on the beds. This is not very convenient: it is more comfortable to sleep under a one-and-a-half, cracks do not appear. In general, the room is normal: the water is hot, more clean, there are hygiene kits, drinks and sweets in the refrigerator.
The breakfast is served well, I personally liked it. The room is cleaned daily. WiFi, even though the router was near the room, is unstable, but in general there have never been any problems with the Internet.
As a result: a good hotel, but in a room for 30 pieces it is desirable to provide blankets wider.

A good hotel . The price tags are affordable . The rooms are large and clean. In the bathroom there are old-style showers with a large height in my case, it is not very convenient. Otherwise, complete comfort . I would especially like to mention the staff, the girls at the reception (all shifts without exception). They will help in any situation. A very decent , decent and highly qualified reception is not found everywhere. In our case, they helped us get to Omsk quickly and inexpensively!

A good hotel, but some subtleties would add a lot to the service, the breakfast menu (a kind of buffet), the presence of a couple of bottles of water (included in the room rate), plus a little personal hygiene products to add, for example, solid soap (not liquid shower gel instead of soap and shampoo). All this would completely complement the service, given the prices for accommodation. And yet, to distinguish between the duties of the administrator and the waiter, a small bar that works at least until midnight would make the hotel great, but I'm afraid this is fantastic for Nurtau. The rooms are good, everything seems to be fine, but the service sector implies an improvement in the quality of service, it is sorely lacking, it seems that the owners do not quite understand that the hotel business consists of such little things that create an atmosphere of comfort.
