I tell you how, due to the negligence of an employee, I almost stayed in Kyrgyzstan without the opportunity to return to the Russian Federation. They issued me a SIM card, gave it to me, but they didn't return my passport. I was tired and didn't pay attention to it. But that's okay, I admit. But for the next 4 days, the employee did not even contact me and did not inform me about the passport. I discovered the loss by accident when I started searching in my bag. Call the Oh!You can't just come and find out in person. When I asked why you withheld my document and did not inform me about it, I did not hear a clear answer. I believe that this is a serious situation that requires the attention of the leadership. Because of this behavior, I almost ended up in a foreign country without a document and the opportunity to leave.
