Terrible service. You wait until the order is accepted for 15 minutes. Drinks carry the same amount... it is clear that the food is ready. We ordered adjika for shish kebab, for some reason the staff thought that it should not be served with meat. It used to be somehow more pleasant in this institution. But the last couple of times, this is the service 🙁 There are no questions about food, I always went only for barbecue here, it is invariably good. Otherwise, the food is bland for such a kitchen, not only for me, but also for my friends, there were not enough seasonings.
I would like to be heard and, at least for the weekend, recruit more staff ... you can see how the guys are sewing up.

The tolma was sour and the grape leaves were tough. The potatoes are rustic salty. The only dish I liked was stuffed eggplant. Even the compote and fresh apple juice are more than half diluted with water, but I liked it.

Okay, they put you at the table for 1.5 hours. The waiter served as if it wasn't us guests, but him, and we were bothering him with our orders and presence.
The food is delicious, but what difference does it make if there was no smell of hospitality?

Food: we are not special fans of cuisine, but meat, khachapuri, Napoleon, teas - everything is quite tasty. For some reason, desserts are running out all the time.
About the service separately. He is very unstable. It is true in the reviews that it is unclear who the institution is designed for. There is clearly a vibe of a hot spot in the air for "their own". Google gives out synonyms: blatkhata, raspberry. :)) Even with a reservation, you can be shamelessly "moved" to a worse place. Or they will ignore it. Or they will cook for a long time. Or, in order to be treated seriously as a customer, you probably need to impress the administrator, which we people with $$$$ gastronomic experience and consistently high tips do not always succeed. However, the waiters are noticeably motivated by the word tip. And that's Mercy.
As a result, we've been trying to avoid it lately. I do not recommend it. If you are very hungry, get ready for surprises.
