If it would be possible to put -5, I would put it. Employees are completely unfamiliar with the concept of subordination. The employee who arrived at the measurement intervened in a conversation with the landlord, told life stories about his son. He threatened to take payment for his departure, when asked to do his job, said that such clients were not needed and ran away. With this approach, there will definitely be no more customers. I will also tell everyone I know so that they do not contact your organization. It's a shame to work this way in the 21st century.
