Doctors are not as correct as possible and there is no benevolence . When I replied that I had never been to such a procedure, I received an answer: "Um... are you from Minsk at all?" On October 22, I was prescribed the drug relatox. Somewhere on day 3, I discovered that one eyebrow became lower than the other and a lump formed above it, while when I raised my eyebrows or squinted my eyes, my forehead became all crooked. In addition to the lump above one eyebrow, a second one appeared on the forehead... A week later, I called the center, explained the situation to the administrator, who offered to come for a consultation. After the examination, the doctor said that she couldn't do anything because the drug hadn't started yet. A week later, I arrived for correction, nothing much has changed, only it has become less pronounced. The doctor made a correction (I hope it will help), put a few more units and offered to pay at the checkout. There was not a large amount at all, so I paid without any problems, but it was not pleasant that they did not offer to fix the error at their own expense. By the way, I used to put dysport in another place and they never told me that I had a complicated forehead (I found out when I arrived a week later with complaints) and there were no problems. Therefore, I recommend that you consider whether it is worth risking doing this procedure in this center.

This time the procedure was more painful and they "fried " me there well as a chicken and unfortunately there were large traces, the meaning of this procedure was to change the awl to soap, they only made it worse. If you have any problems at home, leave them at home, but do not take out your anger on customers. There is zero competence, why go into such a field at all if you hate people. Here is a good ultrasound doctor, thanks to him, next time I would definitely contact him, but because of such administrators, I don't even want to come. I supplement the review: we are not talking about postponement calls now, but about when I already came to the reception, I was not directly rude, but the manner of communication and the indifference of the administrator showed the attitude towards customers.

There was no examination of the moles, thank God that I had done it before in September at another clinic. It feels like he was late for the train. He gave an injection of anesthesia and immediately, without waiting for it to take effect, proceeded to remove it. It was very unpleasant, as if they were being electrocuted. On the question of how it will heal, whether the scars will remain, the answer followed -well, who knows how lucky. And all this despite the fact that the "consultation" is paid, it is not clear to me what kind of consultation this is if everything needs to be pulled out with ticks. But the ‘best thing' was after, it turns out that when removing the papilloma, you will have to pay an additional 20 rubles for a consultation. When I asked what exactly was included in the consultation, I was told that the fact that the doctor said to wipe the removal site with chlorhexidine was already a consultation. A curtain. I think it's not worth saying that there was no consultation there (with the duration of the procedure itself being 5 minutes) I will never come here again, and I do not advise you!
