The observation deck is not bad. However, the side view is much more interesting and picturesque of the man-made waterfall.
Therefore, it is best to appreciate the views from all sides in this picturesque place.
Unfortunately, for some reason, some visitors consider it possible to "refine" this place with their life products, cigarette butts, bottles, and some apparently also use it as a toilet.
