Disgusting. The district cad! You call him to clarify some information, he talks with irritation. It feels like I'm ready to kill for a call, breaks all deadlines, can't explain anything. He throws down the phone, blocks it, just so that they don't get through to him. He doesn't do his job, the area is a mess. Didn't he know where he was going to work? Why such hatred for normal and adequate people who need the help of law enforcement agencies?
