Calm down, the God-forsaken dorm will soon fall apart, no one needs anything there, half of the dorm's bukhariks live. The most important thing is that people pay for repairs that are not being done. And utility bills come from above 120 rubles per month. I have lived there for 22 years myself and I will say this, there was no such disgrace before as now!
