I really like the store. Always a pleasant service. And in general, Kovalenko's shoes are cool: modern, high-quality. Always with my daughter, if necessary, we start the search with Kovalenko. I recommend that if you are in Gomel, do not pass by.

We stumbled upon a company store in Mogilev, although we ourselves are from Gomel. I liked the models, modern and fashionable. Other Belarusian manufacturers have been sewing the same thing for decades, "a la USSR". It's cool, high-quality, and fashionable here. I can't say anything bad about the seller in the Gomel store, I've been buying more than once, and I haven't noticed anything bad. Friendly, always brings the right size.

I bought sandals, carried them for 2 weeks, the sole completely peeled off, came to the store..the answer is "we do not refund the money, we will only take it for repair " although everywhere 2 years on the sole I think it's okay..they brought two pieces of leather a week later, they were glued hideously, glue is visible, one above, the other below..I said I would not take it, and they were spoiled when gluing, a piece of skin was torn off, I asked the seller to call the manager, as a result they said there was no money at the checkout, we will call you,I called in 3 days, a lot of people in the store the seller started yelling, I did not call you, what did you come for, and I saw,sales are going on, but no one was going to return the money, only through a scandal with customers they returned the money!!!I have never seen a worse attitude and shoes, and the same people were standing behind me, waiting for money too

First of all: the staff did not tell me anything about the warranty period and the return period for a new, unused pair! When I asked a question about the refund - 14 days .An employee distracted me in a rude way: "why do you buy if you are going to return them back?! » Of course I'm sorry, but it 's just terrible!!!!! I left the store in a bad mood … Today, on 04/19/2023, I contacted the store about the return of one of the pairs under warranty! In both half-pairs, the sole in the heel area was rubbed. One is full of holes, the other is about to burst too. An employee of the store (unfortunately, I don't remember the name either) offered to write applications to the factory. I was told that my sole would be replaced! What is this all about???? I just have a bunch of questions!!! Why was I refused a refund? Why can't an employee honestly tell me when my mate will be poisoned at the factory? Why does the employee not have complete information about the examination at the factory - when they leave, when they arrive? I'm just shocked !!! The employee can't answer my questions clearly!!! I just don't understand how you can replace the sole so that it doesn't interfere with me when wearing it, so that the shoe fits me ! This is the first time I've ever heard this!!! I worked in a factory shoe store and I know all the subtleties of returns, repairs and exchanges perfectly well!! It is a shock to me that they tell me that they will glue a new sole to me.... And perhaps another one altogether... is that how I'm sorry? To be honest, it 's even funny ! I will wait for the examination, of course, and I will see how my question is resolved! I have no complaints about the quality of the shoes! It's not the first time I've bought shoes in this store!This is the only such pair I have! I really want the staff to have all the necessary information! The store is so good, but it feels like I'm on a wound....
