The observation deck really lives up to its name. From it, you can see the city from a height and admire the views (especially on a sunny day). A little information for those who want to visit: the ascent to the tower is carried out every hour and you can stay on it for up to half an hour. The building itself does not open at 10:00, but at 11:00!

I recommend visiting, if, of course, you have the strength to rise. First, by an ordinary staircase, and then by narrow metal ones somewhere to the level of the 8th - 9th floor. If there are problems with your legs or heart, then there may be problems. The view, of course, is excellent. The whole of Vitebsk is at a glance.
