Нормальный магазин, выбор большой, персонал не самый приветливый, чистота на 3.5/5, свежую выпечку редко можно найти , есть кассы самообслуживания. Готовят вкусные пиццы . После 23 часов образовываются большие очереди на кассах , где можно убить 30 минут жизни , с учётом того, что работает одна касса обычно в это время

Disgusting parking, there is no way to separate at check-in and check-out, perhaps the problem would have been solved if parked cars had not occupied one lane at the entrance, but they are always there... call the traffic police for a couple of days, let them earn money in the budget, maybe the problem will be solved. Хороший ТЦ с прохладным крытым паркингом. Но не очень удобно пользоваться платным паркингом: для оплаты всего лишь один паркомат на выезде из паркинга. Если бы паркоматы были в районе лифта, было бы удобнее.

Сейчас большинство ТЦ красиво оформлены и практично реализованы. Океан в этом вопросе не исключение. Я посещаю его только из-за 2 точек.
1) Евроопт. Очень хороший выбор рыбы и свежих овощей. Отличный выбор вин.
2) Салон лазерной эпиляции на 3 этаже.
Ставлю 4 звёзды из-за впечатления, что в ТЦ всего 1 этаж. Стоит подняться на 2 этаж - уже тишина, а на 3-м этаже вообще пусто.
