A wonderful 5-star hotel. It can't compete with Turkey, but it's not the worst of the Cuban ones. Spacious rooms with a balcony or terrace, the furniture may not be new but in good condition - everything you need is there, there is no kettle but there is a coffee machine for which there are no cupboards, the rooms have a bathtub and shower, a large territory, there is where to walk and sit in the shade. A fine sand beach and swimming pools, each with a bar. The ocean is warm and the weather is lucky. Friendly staff and the general population. We did not regret that we chose this country and the hotel for our vacation.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2024. Among the advantages - a beautiful, large green area, a beautiful beach, the ocean ♥️ Everything else is a C, especially horrified by the huge palm cockroaches in the room. Disinfection was done every 2 days. The food is not delicious, but the alcohol is at the highest level.

We had a rest in early December, we managed to get to the excellent weather) You should not expect wow from the service in Cuba. The hotel is pleasant, the territory is large, green, well maintained. You can find food in the dining room) You will not stay hungry. We were there for 11 nights. During the week, we never had our bed linen changed, towels were not replaced, even those left on the floor were lifted and hung back. It was an unpleasant situation. After complaining to the tour operator, we were changed to a different service level and room category. So if you are going there, then choose the Elegance category.
