I ordered a telescopic handle in the store, a holder for it with a fur coat for washing windows and a fold. I previously asked if the handle fits the holder and the fold. The operator does not know the characteristics of the goods. We checked for a long time and called back. They said it fits. The delivery brought the goods. 1. The handle did not fit the fold. 2. The characteristics of the telescopic handle are not the same as on the website. 3. The rubber on the bend seemed to be cut off with its feet, crookedly. I did not wash the windows, but only checked my nerves. As a result, I said that I was returning it. They told me to go and take it myself...He offered to pay for the delivery. We gladly agreed and came to pick it up. As a result, the product is terrible..I've spent time and money. The company has never said that it regrets the quality of services and goods. And most importantly, I also spent my money on it. And they made money on it accordingly (It doesn't matter what the courier does - it's still the result of their poor quality of services).
