I was here at about 11 on Friday, registration for the region. The number took 123, while 88 was lit in the windows. There were four windows with numbers and one with an intern, as I understood (they were sent there from the next window, so keep an eye on the numbers - in this double window it changes quickly, since two people need to be missed), that is, formally five. Sometimes, employees would leave, but not for long. At least three windows were always open, and even then it lasted a couple of minutes, most of the time all five were working.
It took me a little over an hour to get in line. It turned out that I paid incorrectly (Minsk instead of the region), but the employee waited until I registered with the ERIP from the phone. I did this quickly, maybe they won't wait long, it's better to know in advance where to click in their bank application.
They took away the transit documents, the purchase and sale agreement, the application (I issued it myself, there is a place in the hall where to do this). As I understand it, they themselves do not fill out the application. It is better to clarify this point as soon as you take the number, and just in case, take with you a couple (suddenly you make a mistake when filling out) empty forms, so as not to waste time later. They told me to pick up the rooms by 15:30 (they give me a small piece of paper with a time stamp). The queue was long, but it was scrolled in about ten minutes. The girl in the window did everything quickly, well done. The window was closed until 15:30, apparently the specified time intervals are observed quite clearly, keep this in mind.
No one picked up the phone on their website. I think it won't work to try to call and find out the details.
There is free parking on the right at the entrance, but it is quite dead. Under the barrier, you can immediately go left to a large parking lot, preferably from the left lane, the turn is steep.

When all the inspectors are in place, the work goes fast, otherwise there are hellish queues
