Disgusting service. I came three times within 2 days, I could not buy a car. On the 1st day, we signed a contract, agreed to pay and pick up after lunch. We arrived after lunch, there is no car, it will be in an hour and a half, the ticket office is until 17:00, obviously we will not have time, we agreed for the morning. In the evening, the manager calls and says the car is defective, others will be looking for it. They call at lunch, there is a car, come and buy it. They asked you to call as soon as the car is ready for acceptance, they said everything is OK. Go. We arrived, the car was not washed, the interior was dirty (trampled) and most importantly, there were no car keys. The store staff talked to us for an hour and a half, convincing us that they would find the keys and the cashier would wait, you would pick up the car today. As a result, the manager comes and says - "we fucked up the cashier" - the cashier did not wait for anyone. They asked what happened to the keys, they jokingly explained to us that they did not know. Throughout the conversation, I did not feel like a buyer at a car dealership, hee-hee, ha-ha.. I wasted my time, it's a disgusting feeling when you bring money, and you just hee-hee, ha-ha. In principle, I will buy a car at another car dealership, since I regard this attitude as disrespectful to me.
