Positive: a modern hotel with a cozy interior, blooming flowers. The rooms have snow-white linen, white towels and bathrobes, comfortable beds. The windows are panoramic, with a balcony. There are dishes, a kettle, tea and sugar. A variety of breakfasts - cottage cheese, vegetables, herbs, a lot of pastries.
There is a children's room, but it is not enough for children.
Cons: poor sound insulation, I couldn't rest after the plane, children were running around the corridors.
The breakfasts are varied, but cold. The microwave worked for 1 day. Hot water is 60-70 degrees. The coffee machine was not working.
There are not enough slippers in the room.
I need a clothes dryer.
I put 4, not lower, so that the owners, after reading the review, fixed the jambs and continued to flourish.
Minibuses stop at the hotel, it takes 15 som to get to Cholpon-Ata or to the market in Bosteri

A hotel in which only water is available for breakfast. Juices and something else are not even declared.
According to the menu, how cool it should be. But... at one point in time, they literally lack everything: appliances, food, glasses.
Guests are queuing for coffee, waiting for baked eggs (there is no other one), asking to wash forks and pour water.
It seems that the staff believes that what they put up at 8.00 will magically stand until 10.00.
And the buffet is in the corner, which further complicates logistics and navigation.

A nice hotel on the highway (in Cholpon Ata). Suitable for travelers. There is a good restaurant at the hotel. One of the disadvantages is the card responsible for the door and electricity: that there is a refrigerator, that there is not - I didn't even cool anything overnight. Wi-Fi is good only near the reception, on the 3rd floor it is very weak... :(

Basically, the cons were booked last year in the summer in April for July 2023 for 3 days. We arrived in July and were told there was no reservation. Cool! I wanted to return the money, but they refused me. Then we were dragged for three days to different rooms. By the way, we ordered a suite with a double bed, oh yes! We were given a room with three beds (for three people). And one room on the second day was not a luxury one, in general a house separate from Olympus (as I understood it, a guest room, which we did not consider at all).
Another disadvantage is that you will wait forever for a taxi, it is far from the center. If you order something, you will also wait a long time.

We went for a weekend in February. The hotel is beautiful, and so is the restaurant. The rooms themselves are clean and bright, with large windows and a balcony. Breakfast is normal.
Now about the cons. There is no sound insulation from the word at all, you can hear people talking, snoring, as if they are in the same room with you, even if you try to speak quietly. When I went into the room, I thought that the radio was playing, it turned out to be the TV in the next room. Also, the lamp near the bed didn't work, there just wasn't a light bulb. And there wasn't a toothbrush in the bathroom, although there was a bag for it, it was just opened. There was no remote control from the air conditioner either, and even the staff did not find it.

We stayed in February for 23 years. Clean, new, cozy. I recommend. The views are gorgeous from the topmost and largest room. You can also walk around the village. Walk to the mountains.

My son and I went to Issyk-Kul from March 18 to March 20, 2023, this hotel was recommended and booked by our friend and colleague from Bishkek.
We arrived on 18.03 late in the evening, because there was a strong blizzard that day, the driver was driving slowly, because with gusts visibility was 5-10m. For this reason, there was no electricity in the entire village due to an accident on the line. The Internet too. That's why we couldn't appreciate the place in the evening. At the same time, we were met, accommodated, and electricity was restored late at night.
In the morning there were magnificent views of the lake, and on the other side of the mountains.
The hotel itself is new, in a modern style, I personally really liked the architecture and design, the room is spacious and cozy with a large veranda.
The restaurant is also with an interesting modern design and the use of wood, but in moderation, with beautiful views, breakfasts were included in the price, everything was delicious, we had dinner once and tasted national dishes. We just need to keep in mind that it is halal, without alcohol, but we are athletes, it did not bother us.
On the ground floor there is a decent gym with a good set of equipment, my son tested it. We were offered a sauna, but it was never reached simply.
Convenient location - it stands on the road, but the traffic is calm and it does not bother, 1 km after leaving Cholpon Ata towards Bosteri, right in front of the racetrack. There is a picturesque wild beach about 1.3 km from this place to the lake, but you can also take the city bus to Cholpon Ata or Bosteri. But the place is quiet, in fact in the village and you can walk into the mountains.
The hotel staff is very attentive, they will tell you and help you. We recommend it.

We celebrated the New Year in 2023. The hotel looks beautiful, the staff is friendly, but there is no cleanliness, the quality of the food is on the weak three. And if we talk about breakfasts, then everything is just disgusting, they don't put anything in, they cook poorly, the restaurant is not cleaned during breakfast score 1.

I didn't like the hotel, they put me in a room where people already lived. After the showdown, they changed the room, where there was no water, detergents in the shower, and there was no hair dryer in the shower either. The road is next to the hotel. The restaurant has normal food, buffet.
