I express my incredible gratitude to the administrators of the Olympia restaurant - Ekaterina and Narine. The girls showed the highest professionalism and helped remotely! organize an event. We got into a difficult situation (we were setting the memorial table). Everything is in a clear timing, menu layout, communication with the client (in a way convenient for the client) - conducted flawlessly. The waiter girls also reacted quickly and harmoniously to all requests and wishes. Thank you..!

Unfortunately, this place is becoming less and less like a restaurant. The level of service is falling every year. Yesterday, the family decided to go to the "restaurant" and ordered hot and 3 salads. After 15 minutes, they came and said that 1 salad was not being prepared, order another one. We ordered it. After half an hour, another waiter comes running and says that they will also not be able to cook 2 salads - there are no ingredients. We ordered another one. Salads were also brought as the waiters resorted - first 1, after 30 minutes another, and I did not wait for my salad. The cooking time is 1 hour, 45 minutes. When we approached the receptionist, we did not receive a clear answer as to why our table was still not served. Although no!!! They said they had tables in the priority that were reserved. I have a question - why did the people who came after us and their table was not booked, were served, but ours was not? Why couldn't my ordinary salad be cooked in 2 hours? The receptionist couldn't think of anything better, how she suggested ordering again-salad😂😂😂 no apologies, no discounts ... service, simple, 💩 and yes alcoholic drinks also bring the wrong ones that you order. I do not recommend it! A ruined evening, the tears of a child, 2 hours of time spent.
