I think, considering that there are no more places in the city, it is quite a decent restaurant to sit, eat and drink. There are no complaints about the service. The quality is even slightly higher than the price, which is pleasantly surprising.

You can't call this place a restaurant... But you can have a snack here.
I managed to try the soup with chanterelles.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately, there is no alternative to this institution nearby. And Olsa is the best and one can say the only place in the city where you can have lunch.
