I bought 5 pieces of baby diaper cream "Mama Tama" from this Seller on the WB marketplace. In fact, this cream turned out to be a liquid substance, in no way similar to the original baby diaper cream "Mama Tama". Plus, it caused redness, irritation, and pimples in the baby's groin area. The first time I made a request for a refund, having described everything in detail and attached a photo, the seller rejected it, offered to take it to an expert examination or a service center. Seriously? In other words, I spent 685 rubles (1 piece of cream costs 137 rubles) on this something that is difficult to call a cream, so are you suggesting that I also spend my time and money on expertise? And which service center do you suggest taking the cream to? There are no comments about the service center at all ... It seems that the Seller either does not read what is written at all, but sends responses using templates, or ... I wrote to the Seller in private messages, but the Seller ignores me. I re-applied for a refund yesterday. There is no way to attach a video here, unfortunately... it perfectly shows what kind of..... this "cream" is... Seller, please kindly approve the refund request and refund the money for the defective Product. It's a shame to sell something like this.... that causes such consequences... There are no words!
