В целом хороший магазин с большим ассортиментом. Хорошая программа лояльности. Много товаров на акции и очень часто предложения интересные. Не знаю как для проф. использования, но для бытового применения товары собственного бренда очень даже достойные по качеству.

Магазин может быть и норм, НО заказ через интернет это что-то. Неделю назад заказали плитку. Выбирали из наличия специально, чтобы не ждать. Уточнили наличие, было больше даже чем нам надо! Супер! Если что - можно докупить. Доставка со склада ровно через неделю. В итоге в день доставки звонит тетя говорит пук пук мек мек на складе товара нет, будет через 3 недели!! Мол будете ждать? Я говорю да, потому что выбирать что-то заново не очень хотелось. Это была наша пятая плитка.
В итоге спустя сутки приходит сообщение на телефон мол ваш заказ готов, ждёт доставку. И цена изменилась в большую сторону. Я звоню, говорят ну да вот завтра с 6 до 23 будет у вас доставка. Без предупреждения, без уточнения дня и времени. Просто перед фактом. Я говорю, а что это было вчера? Почему мне звонили и говорили, что на складе товара нет? - не знаю. Доставка у вас завтра, если что-то еще надо звоните узнавайте.
Я захожу на сайт, смотрю наличие по плитке - остаток меньше, чем нам надо. В итоге боимся, что придет товар из разных партий. Опять звоню спрашиваю может быть такое что товар из разных партий придет? -наши сотрудники постараются подобрать из одной. У меня уже нет слов, одни эмоции.
У итоге в день икс звонит доставщик в 2 часа дня, говорит в течение часа у вас буду, хотя доставку они сами утвердили на 6 вечера.
Такое чувство, что в этом магазине все отделы работают самостоятельно, между собой никак не общаются, информацию не передают. Каждый человек говорит все по своему. Я с такого сервиса просто падаю

Отличный магазин! Всё, что необходимо для уюта в доме, в одном здании. И это удобно!
Кстати, мне пришлось вернуть три упаковки мебельных болтов через четыре дня после покупки, так как купила не то, что нужно, и проблем с этим никаких не возникло...5 минут и возврат оформлен, и деньги вернулись на карту сразу же!

Ома это по мне худший строительный гипермаркет в Беларуси
Заезжал в два магазина
1. Пересечение МКАД и Мирошниченко
сотрудник-женщина в отделе электроники наверное провод отрезать только и умеет, ничего не знает и ничего подсказать не может, мямлит только себе под нос и всё
2. Вторая ома тоже не лучше в отделе электроники никого не было после 10 минут ожидания из туалета выкатился колобок, на вопрос будут ли у вас блоки питания так и не смог ничего ответить
