It's a terrible place, dirty, stained, even the TV doesn't work. I had to beg for toilet paper. I've never seen such a nightmare in my life. Maybe at least the city authorities will look at the conditions of the rooms and how you can relax there......

We took off somehow with my husband for 2 hours, immediately stood under the door for a long time, then listened to how hard it was to work and who didn't come on shift, then heated the sauna for half an hour (this is our time)...and besides that, the basik is big, warm, you can go there with the kids.
Who needs it, there is a room with a sofa for privacy. Everything is for any request! The furniture is worn out, but it's not a VIP either.

The sink is good, the staff is good, the services are satisfied. The only drawback that the car wash staff is not to blame for is the road from the asphalt to the car wash (when will they take over the roads?) It seems to be quiet everywhere, and the roads are like after a bombing.

Next time we definitely WON'T go to the Omega sauna!!! Customer attitude is an important part of the business, but apparently this business doesn't care about customers.
On March 27, 2022, we ordered a sauna for 12 nights, arrived with a group of friends and were faced with the disgusting attitude of an employee who rudely communicated. Our company wanted to take a room with a large swimming pool, but it was occupied at that time, so we offered to take a room with a small one, and when the big one was free, we asked to go there, to which the employee reacted maliciously, quoting "you still command me here, I don't like it - good riddance." We decided to call the hostess, but she also did not give us a clear answer, and only when we hinted that we liked their establishment, but they might lose customers, she replied, the quote "Do as you want." Before that, we had already rested in this sauna 4 times and closed the toilet even on a floating gasket (clean) in the pool, which had not been removed by our arrival, but the last case finally put an end to this sauna.
