My grandmother is under observation in this hospital, they took all the tests, my mother and I came to find out about the results, talk to the doctor, what will he say when the operation is. But, I was expecting a surprise from the hospital management, as I understand it. Two ladies are sitting in the lobby, they are sitting breathing into each other's ears, and they did not let two of them to the doctor, they say, do not create a crowd! What?? The crowd?? What is this?? The camp?? This is an oncological hospital, people come here with doctors to talk not about borscht! And about human lives! And not someone there, but native people! So when I accompanied my grandmother to all the offices, it was possible, because there was no one to move to the hospital! And you can't talk to a doctor!? I will call all authorities and let them put things in order in your institution. Covid?? What are you talking about! The staff goes without masks!!! They do anything but their direct duties!

The next day, with a referral from a free doctor) I make an appointment by phone and the story is exactly the same, they don't want to write it down, they say in advance that what they appointed to lie to me won't do that for sure! I understand that the job is not easy, it is very hard mentally, but if you don't want and can't work in the hospital, don't work! In two months of walking around the hospitals of Gomel, I have not seen this yet! So far, I leave a review only here, I will come to the reception if there is the same attitude, there will be a complaint to both the chief physician and the Ministry of Health!!!
