She was incredibly attentive and friendly. Ekaterina quickly accepted our order and offered excellent recommendations on the menu. We were satisfied with the dishes, as well as the atmosphere that she created with her professionalism and kindness.

We were passing through Novopolotsk. We decided to visit this institution, as there were good reviews here. We were surprised by the pleasant atmosphere, soft sofas and modern interior.
I liked the kitchen, grilled chicken, spicy burrito, Boston burger - I liked everything. I think that the rice was not salty and undercooked, perhaps this is my preference.
The burger arrived quickly, the rest was waited for a very long time.
The staff is sensitive, they came up several times and asked if they liked everything and brought something else.

A pleasant and cozy place. The staff is polite and attentive, there is always a solution in case of misunderstandings.
The kitchen, to my taste, is good, but, as they say, all markers taste and color different, and there will be dissatisfied ones.
There is a diverse selection of drinks at the bar, so everyone will find something to their liking.
The presence of concerts and live music adds an additional positive, which, without a doubt, adds charm to the institution.
P.S. When coming here, do not require restaurant service, the sign says "Cafe-bar" quite clearly and legibly. It's a very, very good place for your class.

The waiter at lunchtime punched us 2 cups of the same coffee at different prices🤣one was for the price of the lunch menu, which by the way had only soup and one salad from the 5 items presented, and in the end we had to pay extra because we did not order anything from the lunch menu!!! But no one remembers that there was only a refrigerator and a cabbage salad🤣 the first impression remained 50/50 after visiting this place. The interior is beautiful, neat, and serviced... We drove through Novopolotsk and were looking for a place to have lunch. We came across an online cafe. We were pleasantly surprised by the serving of dishes and service. The child ate a beef steak with great pleasure. We took delicious and healthy tea drinks in the autumn weather. When paying, we were also pleased with the discount, we successfully stopped by the "children's watch". Sunday until 18.00. In a word, a good impression remained. We will definitely visit again on our next visit.

Лучшее кафе из всех что я посетила в Беларуси. Достаточно демократичные цены. На 700 российский рублей очень неплохо поели вдвоем. Сотрудники вежливые, еда вкусная. А по пятницам мини концерты бывают. Красота

Вкусная кухня.
Заказал пиццу 4 сыра. Принесли без масла и без меда. Я спросил : а есть мед?
Оцифиант Татьяна даже не удивилась и сказала: что нибудь придумать. И минуты через 3 принесла мед. Хотя она явно не понимала, что где едят эту пиццу с мёдом.
Это просто супер. То есть не было глупых вопросов : " а зачем ? ". Нужен мед - вот.
Это правильный подход к обслуживанию клиентов. Руководство должно ценить данного сотрудника. Она спасла Ваша репутацию. И благодаря её профессионализму я ставлю 5 звезд.
Очень грамотная работа бармена. Очень хорошо делает шоты. Хорошее соотношение алкоголя с другими индигриентами. Напитки были мягкими и приятными.
Однозначно зачем.

Атмосферное место, на этом все.
В самом зале достаточно уютно, но очень жарко. На улице столы всегда заняты.
3 девушки официантки не могут нормально обслужить 10 столиков. Подали меню без карты алкогольных напитков, при этом самому пришлось подходить на бар и озвучивать заказ. После заказа и ожидания в 30 мин подошла девушка и сказала, что заказанного блюда нет. Пришлось перезаказать и ждать ещё полчаса. Цены средние, блюда приготовлены посредственно. Начитавшись хороших отзывов был разочарован

Пришли посидеть семьей. Заказали цезарь, драники, бургер, медальоны.
По итогу цезарь выглядел будто по отдельности принесли ингредиенты и без соуса оказался. (2 цезаря из 5)
Драники и медальоны ожидали более 70 минут, с бургером пришлось повозиться чуть больше и сказали что за ожидание «шеф сделает Вам бургер на 100 грамм больше». В итоге бургер по размеру такой же + по вкусу был сухой. (2 бургера из 5)
Есть ощущение что работает только один повар.
Из плюсов:
1) Поменяли меню на хорошее с точки удобности
2) Убрано
3) Можно наиграть аппетит пока ожидаешь заказ

Все наглухо топят в растительном масле – и рыбу, и драники, и салаты. Овощи на гриле пересолены настолько, что бьет по горлу. В драниках с рыбой попадались крупные и твердые кости, которые нельзя было обнаружить визуально, отважитесь взять – будьте осторожней. Маслины в салате сморщенные, морепродукты тупо маринадные из магазина за три копейки. Не понравилось абсолютно ничего, но официантка была вежливой и милой
