I am very disappointed with the experience of shopping in the Onliner Prime store. An order was placed for the Bort BHR-2000-PRO high-pressure washer and payment was immediately made online, as the store promised fast delivery on the same day, and the store does not deliver without advance payment. However, 30 minutes after the order, I was informed about the cancellation of the order due to problems in the system. This caused me serious inconvenience, as I could not immediately order the product elsewhere due to the expectation of a refund on the card. To be fair, the money was returned to the card fairly quickly, but overall the purchase experience was negative. I do not recommend buying from this seller because of the unstable service and unreliable delivery promises. Do not believe the 100% rating, as it is hyped and does not correspond to reality.

They have been placed in the catalog since 2016. In the last 2 years it has become impossible to work, every time there were more and more new rules not in the direction of the store. There have always been at least 20 competitors in our category, but they all left this site 2 years ago.
Daily commission + commission for the order, at least 5% of the total amount of the order (I wonder why not 5% of the cost of earnings). If you count everything, then the online store has 50% of our order, the store will spend 20% on delivery, and in the end there will be 30% left. It happened that we would work to zero when the order was delivered.
Technical support and quality control department leaves much to be desired. Sometimes they respond rudely, do not introduce themselves, they will also say that you will learn how to work with clients.
In any situation with a cancelled order, everything will go not towards the store, but towards the online store. For each question, they will find a stupid answer as usual and make you extreme, which will result in a downgrade for the store, non-refund of the commission or shutdown for N-time. You will never be able to prove the truth. There is a lot more to write…
