For the fifth time in 3 years we stayed at this hotel, the hotel is aimed at foreigners, is located in a good area of Izmir, 4 minutes from the Basmane metro station,it is convenient to get from (to) the airport. miniMigros is located in the same building. The embankment is a 10-minute walk away. Cameralta Market is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfasts are average, the same thing every day, the menu is not tasty, the coffee is bad. There is a very small selection of fruits, even bananas do not come every day.

The hotel is very average for the money they ask for a room, although there is a certain claim to "luxury". There is a large 24/7 construction site right in front of the hotel on one side, so if your windows go out there, you probably won't be able to sleep. Our room was changed (although I initially asked for a quiet room, apparently they decided at first that I would "get away with it"). In that other room, one outlet and a floor lamp did not work, but in general the room is clean and well maintained, although the furniture is not new, there are no questions here. I would not count on a "spa area": the pool is very small, chest-deep, the water in it, as it seemed to me, does not circulate, and looks stagnant, it is unpleasant to be in it. The funny thing is that to get into this puddle, they require hats! Of course, you can buy them there for 150 lire, just another way to get money out of you. The sauna looks normal, but the temperature there is 45 degrees, so it's a stretch to call it a sauna. The "gym" is a pair of very old treadmills, it seems there was also an exercise bike, and several dumbbells are scattered. On the plus side: there are several supermarkets nearby, but not around the clock, they close around 8-9 pm. Also one of the advantages is that there is a metro station 5 minutes away, so that you can leave there as soon as possible and never come back.
