In general - nothing is clear - all references - go read. We read it - it's not about what we need to know at all. The woman after us tried to find out something from her too - she just spent her nerves, jumped out to calm down.. In general, we waited until the senior staff were released, at least they explained more or less.. I would like to pay attention to the quality of customer service - you don't have to smile stupidly, but at least employees are obliged to communicate with people in a human way, otherwise let them give way to other, more adequate employees. Otherwise, this farm is already tired.
