They sell the painted car for zero, oh, careful!!!
I bought a zero kilometer Opel Corsa 1.2T Elegance car from Opel Odak Otomotiv on 25/07/2022. For about 2.5 years, only my wife and I drove this car, we were not involved in an accident. In December 2024, we agreed with someone to sell the car and took the car to the expert. However, it turned out that the right front door of the car we bought because it was zero and unpainted was painted. This situation was not mentioned to us during the sale.
We informed Opel Turkey and Odak Otomotiv about this situation, but both sides did not take ownership of the process and did not offer any solutions. Despite the fact that we have repeatedly explained our grievances with expert reports and other documents, Opel Turkey has only shown a distracting and far-from-solution approach.
I would definitely advise those who are thinking of buying a car from this dealer and Opel to be careful. Transparency was not provided during the process and my victimization was not addressed. The Opel brand, which we bought a zero-mileage vehicle by trusting, completely destroyed our expectations in this process. I strongly recommend that you stay away from Opel Turkey and Odak Otomotiv.
