A very nice hotel. I recommend a small , homely hotel for relaxation.Very convenient location, the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.a wonderful nutritious rich breakfast. There is a garden with citrus trees and flowers.Everything is clean and tidy, pleasant staff. Clean , bed linen and towels are new and clean . Fresh towels are provided to the beach every day. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive service. I hope there will still be an opportunity to relax in the opera suite. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

A small hotel in the Koniyalty area. Close to the beach, literally 200-300 meters. The hotel has two buildings, one is an apartment with kitchens without breakfast, the other is an ordinary room with breakfast. There is a small swimming pool with a depth of 1.4 m. It is ideal for swimming with children. They cleaned every 3 days, in general, the cleanliness of the rooms is not ideal. A big plus is that every day you can take things (up to 10 units) to the laundry, they are returned the next day and it's free. There were a couple of Turks at the reception and one Russian-speaking guy, who seemed to be Ukrainian. For lovers of all-inclusive breakfast and wallowing with beer by the pool is not suitable. For everyone else, it's not a bad option.

Nice apartment for the price. There was a room on the ground floor with windows overlooking the garden. Cleaning every 3 days with the replacement of towels and bed linen, the plumbing is clean, the floors were not washed, white socks quickly became dirty. Garbage removal daily. At the reception, you can take up to 10 things to the laundry every day for free, they wash well, even better than I do at home :) Everything you need for cooking, scratched pans and several pots from 1 to 3 liters. Large fridge with freezer. Plumbing broke down twice, and was promptly repaired without reminders. The sea is just around the corner, 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace. There are several expensive shops right next to the hotel, 10 minutes bim, sok, to the nearest migros and 25-30 minutes walk. TV with YouTube. The curtains are blackout. There are enough shelves in the bathroom for everything the shower asks for. They didn't spare toilet paper.
Of the cons: cardboard walls, absolutely everything is audible (I am infinitely ashamed that my child woke up in the middle of the night and screamed, I tried very hard to calm him down, but I'm afraid the whole hotel woke up, at least our neighbors). There is no dishwasher. There are no mosquito nets, buy a raid into every room right away, although we still organized daily raids on mosquitoes (if you are not a fan of sleeping under the air conditioner, and we were already in November and it was not at all hot outside). Do not open the doors wide on the ground floor, a cat may jump in)
