I am a long-time customer of optics. The other day I placed an order for 150 rubles. The courier brought the wrong lenses that were ordered, the store suggested correcting this jamb as follows: go on your own to spend time and exchange lenses. For a second, the order was placed by me correctly and paid on time, and according to the amount of the order, I had free courier delivery. I think the store should fix mistakes on its own, rather than chasing the customer and wasting his time. Ordering lenses in this store for many years in a row, trust is completely undermined.
