Disdainful attitude towards the customer if you made an order for a small amount. Unfortunately, this negates the desire to order goods in this optics.

The burst frame was not only not repaired, they did not even bother to find out the model of the frame so that it could be replaced. Previously, I had my glasses cleaned, I specifically asked for something to insulate the gap between the glass and the frame so that it would not clog - zero emotions.

I don't understand where the positive reviews come from. I went to this optician today, I wanted to change my glasses. It is difficult to find a consultant. She's just sitting on the couch talking to someone. And without identification marks. I immediately thought that it was just a woman who came for glasses. I asked the doctor to check my eyesight, as the old glasses are too weak. To which the consultant said that only when ordering glasses would the doctor look. Actually, that's what I came for. I asked how much the lenses would cost, but the answer was a set of words. As a result, I was told that lenses depend on vision. But how can I tell what kind of diopters I will have if I was never allowed to see a doctor. It's a terrible place. She left in a bad mood.
