I brought glasses whose latch on the shackle flew off. The master did it in 5 minutes and then said that the second shackle was curved and also needed to be fixed, for a separate cost. I refused. As a result, at home, a knowledgeable person said that the master had drowned the shackle too much and it was placed somehow incorrectly and the tip of the shackle did not rest on the table, as in normal glasses. And it dangles at a height of 1cm .. Now I have crooked glasses.

The frame was broken. The "master" has soldered. They broke down a day later. I came, I thought it would fix it under warranty. He said it was his own fault. I had to pay extra. He's conjured something up again. I was swearing a little. And they broke down again in the same place. I don't apply here anymore. Although there is nowhere to go in Vitebsk. He uses it. It's just a sign that says "glasses repair." Here, such concepts as conscientiousness, decency, and skill are absent altogether, from the word at all.

It was necessary to solder the bridge of my nose in glasses, instead the master (in quotes) for some reason took the lens out of the glasses, making cracks on it (glass), claiming that he would put the lenses from my glasses in a new (bought from him) frame. Having pulled out and ruined one lens, he suddenly declared that he did not have such frames!!! I do not advise anyone!!!!
