The boorish attitude of the staff, and not for the first time! There are not enough price tags, there is a blockage at the checkout, queues are kilometers long (and this problem is not solved from year to year)! Due to the lack of adequate competition, managers behave extremely inadequately and completely ignore reasonable comments from customers. I advise the management to respond to reasonable criticism.

Why don't your cashiers want to serve customers? I'm talking about Elena the cashier. Today I took groceries from your supermarket and went to the checkout. Unfortunately, I got on Elena. Not only did she punch through everything as if she were doing a favor, but then she found fault with the barcode on the oven pies. The girl in the cookery pasted the barcode of the fried ones. But they are the same in price. Elena called the cookery seller and she took the ill-fated pastries. There were a lot of people in the cookery, and I stood at the cash register for 20 minutes, begging Elena to pay me off without pies. But the cashier wasn't going to hear me. Rudeness is straight from Soviet times. As a result, I left all my intended purchases and left.
