We had a snack at Oktepa on Shakhrisabz str., 42. We were very satisfied! Fast, tasty and satisfying, as it should be in fast food establishments. Excellent cooling drinks, delicious ice cappuccino. The staff was pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. It's great that Uzbekistan has its own strong brands in catering, and global players do not rule the ball. Respect and Rahmat!

Recently, I was lucky enough to have lunch at the Oktepa Lavash Westminster, and I must say that this location sets the bar high for the entire network. Although I enjoyed the food at other branches of Oktepa Lavash, this particular one stands out for several reasons.

It was interesting to try and I was pleased that when I asked not to put chips in the pita bread, they fulfilled my request, indicating it in the receipt, and lowered the price. However, as for the taste, it wasn't worth the money. It was also very strange that there was just a huge crowd at the distribution counter and it was difficult to get through to simply pick up your order. I would like more space. то сахара нет, то сэндвичей нет, стабильно нету мыла! когда холодно, зачем то кондиционер молотит на полную мощность, а в жару то выключен, то ели включён. какие то проблемы с выштежкой, иногда сильно едой пахнет во второй половине не зала.

Обслуживание ужасное, на кассе сотрудник в очках, высокого роста парень, все время в телефоне, сразу не подходит к кассе, на вопросы отвечает еле еле с задержкой, не хочет работать, пусть не работает, колы разливной говорит, нет, хотя ее наливают. Время обслуживания 15:20 12.07.2023

При мне уборщица пролила напток на стол, напиток пролился на пол, потом уборщица взяла тряпку и протёрла сначало пол потом стул потом стол. При этом менеджер просто смотрел на это и ничего не предпринял. Категорически не советую питаться там
