The impression of the hotel is not unambiguous.
Booked as a hotel, it turned out to be an apartment.
The room itself is not large, but it had everything that an apartment should have.
The bed is great. There is a mirror at the head of the bed, almost the entire wall, it is not clear why, probably to expand the space.
At night, inadequate people scream, checking the echo between the buildings.
The construction outside the window did not interfere with anything, only the appearance (given the number of floors, it is not a question).
There is a very big problem with parking. And this is at the end of September!
But, here it is next to the embankment and walk as much as you can!
The resettlement managers are not in too much of a hurry, so start bothering them in advance. Considering the price at which we booked (a little more than 100 per day), all the disadvantages are small things.
We lived on the 11th floor and listened to the legends that during the season, people from the upper floors waited 15-20 minutes for the elevator.
The beach is nearby and it is everywhere! The pebbles are uncomfortable, take special shoes for swimming, it is more comfortable to walk and swim. 10 beds for the whole day, we took two for 5 for half a day.
The sea was clean, although the reviews were about muddy water and rotovirus. We must have been lucky!

1) in May, it's not the season.
you could find parking spaces right at the entrance
, no queues at the elevator, clean and pleasant
2) in July-August, at the height of the season
, you can park your car only in 10-15 minutes
of the elevator queue, sometimes you had to wait for 10 minutes
for a lot of people
, tourists screaming at night from the balcony, etc
the room is small, repairs are not updated
more cheaply, you can find better options, just advertisers work well...
