Because in order to enter the main entrance of the shopping center (to the right of the hotel entrance), you need to climb a very high, several openings, "Potemkin" staircase. But also, outwardly not so high, another entrance to this "mall" from the right end (in the photo - to the left of the cinema, right under the Colizeum inscription) does not save the situation: in this case it will be necessary to climb steep stairs already inside the shopping center.
