It has so many problems. For example some rooms have very bad heaters not heating sufficiently and the room is cold. Some rooms have nonworking bathroom exhaust systems which causes very bad smells in the room. You have no privacy in the room anything can be heard easily from outside. Nonstandard rooms where you can get bad and smaller room for the same price

Old Hotel. But they try to be 3★. It a chain hotel off rosatom Russia it’s have other branches too.
