It's delicious, but the meat in lagmans is almost always dry. You can eat it, but it's not very tasty. One of the advantages of this establishment was the low price, because it is usually not very clean, the staff is not trained, and so on, but it was quite tasty and the portions were huge. However, last time the portions were not as large as usual and the price increased very much:(

The very first institution that we visited upon arrival from Omsk.
The food is very tasty, the portions are large (you will not go hungry 100%). After lagman, I didn't feel like eating all day.
The waiters are responsive, do not ask unnecessary questions, and provide comfort for visitors.

The network of VK canteens is one of the most normal in Pavlodar, delicious lagmans, pilaf, the atmosphere is like in principle in all large canteens, the portions are good, it's not a pity to spend money, I don't put five stars because it's very crowded there, there are a lot of people at lunch and there's not enough space.
