I visited the Arka furniture shopping center. This is an open space space, but with zoning for different brands:
European, Russian and ours.
As soon as I entered, on the left side of the first "island" was the Russian brand of beds and mattresses Ormatek (less than a minute had passed), I had already "quarreled" with the consultant.
What happened:
A girl came up to me, did not say hello or introduce herself, said a banal thing:
- how can I help you?
- thank you, I'm still looking after a close design project, if I need your help, I'm contacting you.
- She: with a swagger, a distorted face, like at a bazaar: Girl, do you even know that my job is to help and advise???
- I know, that's why I say that I will contact you when I need your help.
Generally, word for word.
Then, she finally moved away from me and when I looked around, I turned to her for advice.
She was unhappy with me, but she consulted me.
She didn't identify my needs, didn't bring me to a deal-nothing.
Bonus: she smelled very strongly of cigarettes.
For me, a consultant is the face of the brand.
Which should: 1- be able to win over and know the products and sales stages
2- to look presentable, not to have unpleasant odors.
But when you are with you in the first minute of your acquaintance with the brand, you are "bullied".
My impressions were not very good and it is unlikely that I will make a choice in favor of this brand.
