This is the worst maintenance department. At the request of pensioners to help them figure out how to work with the terminal, cashiers are rude and snarl. To the question "Is it possible to receive a pension at the cash desk?" they send you to look for the nearest ATM. It is unclear where the head of the department is looking at. In the department, not even half an hour goes by without swearing. If necessary, I prefer to visit the hospital, I prefer to go to another department.
