Disgusting service! They refused to accept a 20 USD bill with small scuffs, referring to the instructions, which they also refused to show! The cashier was sitting without a badge! To the question "Where is the head of the department? " she replied that she was the head, only she was here temporarily and therefore without a badge! ... She said that she could only accept for verification for up to six months!!! Complete arbitrariness!
