We visit this cafe all the time when we visit our parents in Slonim. This time we were upset about the condition of the rides. The barely inflated Minions attraction is in a very worn condition. The attraction with the grid is torn in places, the seams have parted and it is scary that a child may fall out of an unsealed pipe made of tapes. Adult children run amok uncontrollably and can run into little ones.
Among the advantages: the location in the center and the cost, a nice girl at the reception.
I really hope that we will come to this cafe more than once in an updated and safe interior.

The service is average.

We were a couple of times a family with kids. And once a day is a charity, free admission for disabled children 1 time a month. 👍
The kids really like it there. There is an opportunity to have a snack or celebrate a family holiday. Comfortably. I would like to add toys and play sets to the entertainment area (children's kitchen, upholstered chairs, a mini football fan, a plastic house) a lot of ideas. It would be nice.

We went with the kids on a weekday. I liked everything very much. The children ran, jumped, and ate. I liked that there are separate lockers for things, though still with keys, if only it would be super.
The room is warm and spacious enough.
We will come there more than once with the children.

Your favorite dish - waffles with strawberry jam were amazing! Now there is only nutella in the assortment, there is a lot of it.

For the first time. I will not come back, even though the children were satisfied.
Employees don't have badges, you don't know how to address and how to talk.
There was no one at the reception / checkout for a long time (one girl performs the duties of an administrator, animator?, waiter, cashier ...). I do not know the position, so I just write the girl / employee. The girl works at the cash register, contacts with banknotes and she also goes to the kitchen, I note that she does not process her hands and works without gloves. It interacts simultaneously with money and food. There is no food delivery window, respectively, the employee who is at the checkout, the waiter, the employee in the kitchen...- a girl with long hair- her hair is long, and there is no cap required in the kitchen.
Armaiization is always included in the cost of the service, i.e.... so the structures that have mechanisms do not move, the pedals are broken and the pin sticking out is not protected by anything (questions about the safety of these structures: either produce THAT, or remove it).
And that's not all. I would not even write a review if it were not for such qualities as "sociability", "sociability", "customer orientation", which are undoubtedly important in the service sector of the population, any work related to constant interaction with people.
So, in the internal rules of this institution, and in general, according to sanitary and hygienic standards, children and adults in the play area should wear socks (but no one controls this ((((
I watched the picture: the girl entered the playroom barefoot (without socks), went out without putting on her shoes, went to the toilet, returned to the play area again, soon ran to her parents at the tables to eat, without putting on shoes in the area where everyone walks in street shoes (it's not worth paying attention to what we sometimes walk down the street, as well as the same bathroom) and returned to the trampolines, dry pool and other equipment. Adults are also allowed to be barefoot (without socks), although this is not according to the rules.
We correctly drew the attention of a female employee (cashier/ receptionist/waiter/ owner????), to which we received a rude answer: "what should I keep an eye on?"
There can be no constructive dialogue, of course, with "indifference" and "obiacacy", so that's the end of it.
