In the store, no matter how you go in, there is always a terrible smell (like tar or something, special). Apparently, so that the buyers do not linger! Somehow I went to choose a styling, looked, read the information, and generally selected it. The consultant girl attacked me, which I take a long time to choose and I can't decide. It would be better to help with the choice! But, alas, she doesn't seem to know how to communicate with a client. I probably didn't even tell you about customer orientation. It's a pity I didn't pay attention to her full name! I should have demanded a complaint book, but to be honest, I had one desire - to leave this store as soon as possible! She just ruined my mood. Such people have no place as a sales "consultant"! It was once one of my favorite stores, but it's gone bad. The assortment has decreased, it stinks terribly all the time, some staff are not attentive, this has no place in the service sector (all this scares customers away).

The following situation occurred: I came for a foundation, I'm standing, I'm choosing. The jars in the first row are in the most terrible condition (the sticker is torn off, the product is leaking, everything is dirty), "apparently the tester," I thought, because it's just a horror to exhibit the product in such a disgusting state. The tone didn't suit me and I went to the exit, where 2 consultants attacked me and said that I couldn't test this product (they saw how I did it, but they didn't say a word to me). I say that I thought it was a tester (I repeat, because the product was in terrible condition), I asked what should I do to compensate? I was told that I have to buy IT. I did just that, showing them this disgusting package and reproaching them for not even being able to remove it from the counter. One girl at the checkout really didn't say a bad word to me, and I think she agreed with me, because she treated me as politely as possible and didn't immediately want to punch this terrible product. As a result, the toner turned out to be in the nearest trash can. It's a pity that I didn't take a picture, but at that moment I didn't think about it at all and just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

Just a huge online store!
It's easy to get confused in the halls. But the staff is always as polite and helpful as possible - they will help you navigate (they will even take you away and show you the shelf - how many times has it been... although I only ask you to "show me where").
A huge selection of goods. And recently I found out that you can also buy something edible there! Alcohol is not mine. But rare species can also be found...
