On July 17, 2024, at 20:30, I visited your store at 46 Vostochnaya Street. During my visit, I was confronted with unacceptable and outrageous behavior on the part of an employee who was in the workplace without a uniform and badge, which in itself is a gross violation of service standards.
The situation was aggravated by the fact that this employee behaved rudely and disrespectfully towards me. When I tried to report her unprofessional behavior to the store's management, she said that the management had already finished the working day and could not accept my complaint. Moreover, the seller threatened to call the police on me, which is absolutely unacceptable. In response, I was forced to call our precinct officer on my own, however, he was unable to answer the call, probably due to more serious matters.
I am extremely disappointed and discouraged by this attitude towards customers in your store. I consider this incident to be evidence of serious problems in the organization of staff work and insufficient control by management.
In this regard, I demand:
1. Conduct an internal investigation to establish the identity of this employee and the circumstances of the incident.
2. Take disciplinary measures against this employee, up to and including dismissal.
3. Ensure that training activities are conducted for staff regarding standards of service and customer behavior.
4. Ensure that all employees of the store will be at their workplace in uniform and with badges corresponding to their position.
If this claim is ignored, I intend to contact higher authorities, such as consumer supervision and other regulatory authorities, with a request to conduct a comprehensive check of your store for compliance with service standards and the competence of the management staff.
