In the process, it turned out that this employee is an administrator or head (name is Elena). The girl was without a badge, without any form, did not introduce herself, started being rude and said if you don't like something, we cancel. To say that there is no limit to indignation is to say nothing!
This employee needs to learn how to dress in a uniform, introduce herself to customers, apologize if necessary (and in this case, she was obliged to apologize, because the price of the product did not correspond to reality and in fact her work was not done! ) and communicate with customers , not be rude and "poke"!
Hopefully, this situation will not happen again and the reputation of this store will not continue to deteriorate further due to rudeness and rough treatment by the manager!
