A fairly important organization for catching drunks on the road, especially those who are driving.
But the minus is that we drove to an accident that was across the road (Starovilensky tract 77) for four whole hours!

Don't call me, it's all the same... they are always busy with something..... there are of course good guys in this structure... but somehow it's not enough... on a call about a curved parking lot, they may not come at all! And this is not an isolated case. It is clear that the area is large and complex.... constantly cortages... they are more important than mere mortals.... all this is not right.... there are more complaints than gratitude (there is one too!)
