The woman began to say in a squeaky, unbalanced voice that she could not see when the passport was ready, count the month. But I don't remember the date, and I say it in the same tone as she does. She didn't like it, of course, and at the same time says "good day", hanging up the phone. The SMS was canceled, they don't pick up the phone, and if they do, they're hysterical. And this is the 21st century! I'm sure the passport is ready, only if you haven't thrown money into their account for speed - count the days, minutes, seconds

Electronic queue, plenty of space for waiting, the most friendly employee in the 4th office (rightmost table). They'll come with a biometrics removal device to compete for a good photo (I didn't).
